Dr. Wally Hosn is an Ivy League graduate from the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated with the honor of Phi Beta Kappa and rowed crew and played rugby.

Dr. Hosn earned his Doctor of Medicine at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. He then proceeded to spend the next seven years in residency at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Ohio, which has been consistently recognized as one of the top five surgical hospitals in the United States. There he completed his training in both General Surgery as well as Plastic Surgery, performing over 3000 operations during his tenure. 

Dr. Hosn continued his training by specializing in Aesthetic Surgery at the Bruce F. Connell Institute in Orange County, California. During that time, he sought additional experience by working with many plastic surgeons of national and international renown. There he pursued additional research and refined his skills in the latest and most advanced surgical techniques.

Dr. Hosn came to San Luis Obispo after running his own private practice in Beverly Hills for three years. 

Running a thriving private practice, Dr. Hosn continues to stay abreast of current innovations and techniques in plastic surgery. He has been voted “Best Plastic Surgeon in San Luis Obispo” multiple times. He consistently exceeds the requirements set forth by plastic surgery societies for continued medical education. Dr. Hosn has authored several national and international papers on aesthetic surgery and has presented his work at national meetings throughout the United States.

Dr. Hosn is a Diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery with expertise in aesthetic surgery. In 2013, he successfully passed the rigorous recertification to attain his Maintenance of Certification in Plastic Surgery (MOC-PS).

Since 2013, Dr. Hosn has had the honor of serving as an adjunct staff member at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. He has been affiliated with Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles, and is an active staff member at French Hospital, and Sierra Vista Hospital in San Luis Obispo County.
