Dr. Wally Hosn was an Ivy League student and a Benjamin Franklin Scholar at the University of Pennsylvania, where he received his Bachelor Degree in Chemistry. Dr. Hosn graduated with the highest honors and he was elected into the most prestigious national honor society, Phi Beta Kappa. Along with his academic achievements, he excelled in athletics and rowed with the university’s top nationally ranked varsity crew team. Dr. Hosn received his Doctor of Medicine at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. He graduated in the top third of his class while conducting important clinical research with the Department of Surgery.

He then proceeded to the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, which has been consistently recognized as one of the top five surgical hospitals in the United States. There he completed his training in General Surgery and in Plastic Surgery where he became proficient in all facets of the specialty.

During that time he was awarded the Resident Teaching Award from the Ohio State University School of Medicine. Afterwards, Dr. Hosn specialized in Aesthetic/Cosmetic Surgery at the Bruce F. Connell Institute in Orange County, California, where he was instructed by many nationally renowned plastic surgeons. There he perfected his skills in the latest and most advanced techniques that plastic surgery has to offer today.

Dr. Hosn has authored several national and international papers on aesthetic surgery. He has presented his work at national meetings throughout the United States.

Dr. Hosn had a successful private practice in Beverly Hills for three years before deciding to relocate to a smaller community. He now practices all aspects of plastic and reconstructive surgery in San Luis Obispo, California. All surgical procedures are performed at an accredited outpatient surgical facility that has been designed to provide the best of outpatient care at a more reasonable cost than can be found in most hospitals.

Dr. Hosn is a diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery with expertise in aesthetic surgery. He is affiliated with Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles, and French Hospital, Sierra Vista Hospital and Arroyo Grande Hospital in San Luis Obispo County.
